The Rogue Hunt is partnering with The Starfish Foundation for our second annual week-long scavenger hunt designed to “spread goodness like glitter”. This team-based competition will foster creativity as participants create art, connect with their community, and attempt new and unusual skills.

Details:
When? Saturday, August 3, 9 a.m. ET to Sunday, August 11, 9 a.m. ET. You can participate on all or any of these days
Who? Each team will consist of four to six team members, including one captain. You can register as an individual, and we can pair you with other competitors to form a team.
What? Every hunt will contain a few items that must be found in the style of a traditional scavenger hunt, but there are many other items that must be built, baked, performed, written, programmed, painted, fund-raised for, crocheted, posted on social, designed, solved, and (sometimes) simply persevered. The best way to get a feel for what to expect is to check out some of the lists from past hunts.
How? Take photo and video evidence of your attempts. Upload your photos and videos to Google Drive before the scavenger hunt ends, so that the judges can see your work. (Yes, there will be judges, because there will be prizes!)
Why? To complete chaotically fun tasks designed to challenge your creativity while doing our part to put a little more goodness into the world.
How Much? Registration is $20 (USD) per participant. (Scholarships are available)
– 40% of all registration fees will go directly to our non-profit partner
– 20% of all registration fees will go to supporting Rogue (website fees, taxes, email servers, etc.)
– The remaining 40% of funds will go towards prizes!
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each of the following four categories:
Overall Winner: Awarded to the team that earns the most points.
Altruist Prize: Awarded to the team that does the most ‘good’ (fundraising, acts of kindness, etc.)
Item Specific Prizes: These will be identified when the list drops. Awarded to the individual(s) who best completes (a) specific item(s).
Judges’ Choice Prize: The judges will award an additional prize at their own discretion to an individual or team that they feel deserves recognition
